Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking our services, or using any of our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of Services

Grandvectorora provides premium spa and wellness services specifically designed for men, including but not limited to:

• Therapeutic massage services (deep tissue, relaxation, sports recovery, hot stone therapy)
• Men's facial treatments and skincare services
• Grooming services including beard trimming, wet shaves, and hair styling
• Wellness packages and combination treatments
• Related spa amenities and facilities

Booking and Appointments

When booking services with Grandvectorora, the following terms apply:

• Advance Booking: Appointments can be scheduled up to 4 weeks in advance and should be made at least 48 hours prior to your desired service time
• Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed by our staff via phone or email
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
• Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, and full charges may still apply
• Age Requirements: Our services are intended for clients 18 years of age and older

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our cancellation policy is designed to respect both client needs and business operations:

• Advance Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
• No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in charges for the full service amount
• Emergency Exceptions: Cancellation fees may be waived in cases of documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances at our discretion

Payment Terms

Payment for services is required according to the following terms:

• Payment Due: Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance
• Accepted Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfers
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes
• Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available and must be redeemed within one year of purchase
• Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion and may be subject to administrative fees

Health and Safety

For the safety and well-being of all clients and staff:

• Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications that may affect treatment
• Contraindications: Certain services may not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions
• Hygiene Standards: We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations
• Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for informing staff of any discomfort or adverse reactions during treatment

Client Conduct

To maintain a professional and comfortable environment for all clients and staff:

• Respectful Behavior: Clients must treat staff and other clients with respect and courtesy
• Inappropriate Conduct: Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate termination of services
• Facility Rules: Clients must follow all posted rules and staff instructions regarding facility use
• Personal Belongings: Grandvectorora is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Grandvectorora or its content suppliers and is protected by Austrian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Grandvectorora and is protected by Austrian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grandvectorora, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or website. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule appointments and minimize disruption to our clients.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Austria, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Austrian arbitration rules, or through the appropriate courts of Austria.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
